Our Made-to-Order Policy:
Because every product is custom made-to-order specifically for you, we do not hold dead inventory. Therefore, we are unable to accept general returns, order cancellations once production begins, or color/sizing exchanges. Please double-check your item choices and shipping address before checking out.
How to Handle Quality Issues
If you spot a genuine issue, you have 30 days from the delivery date to let us know:
