These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LetsFancy Limited’s website at letsfancy.com and our mobile applications. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or app.

1. Definitions

You/Client: the user accessing or using our services. Company/We/Us: LetsFancy Limited. Service: the website and the mobile app collectively.

2. Access & Use

You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not:

• Republish, redistribute, or sell any content.

• Modify, reproduce, or create derivative works.

• Use the service in violation of applicable laws.

3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

• Registration: To use certain features, you must register and provide accurate information.

• Subscriptions:

  • Your subscription renews automatically each period.

  • You can cancel anytime in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) settings.

4. User-Generated Content

You may post comments or images. You warrant that you own the rights and grant us a non-exclusive,
royalty-free license to use them. We may remove any content that we deem inappropriate.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve functionality and personalize your experience.
You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may break.

6. Privacy & Data Deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data.
You can delete your account and data in-app via Settings → Delete Account.

7. Third-Party Links

Our service may include links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability
for direct loss is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We’ll notify
you via email or in-app.

11. E-commerce & Store Policy

Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at any time for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after processing payment, a full refund will be issued.

Made-to-Order & Returns: All products are custom made-to-order. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing mistakes. Refunds or replacements are strictly limited to verified manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery, as detailed in our Returns & FAQ.

Shipping & Customs: Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. For international orders, you (the recipient) are solely responsible for any local import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees.
